Good Morning America’s Tory Johnson recently wrote an article on work-from-home-tips, giving some good advice to those that are looking to make ends meet or have a little extra cash by working from home. He says not to limit yourself to only applying for jobs positions that are advertised, but to call companies you would like to work for and offer your services. Many companies nowadays are outsourcing their customer service representatives to people that are working from home. These “virtual agents” make about $8-$15 an hour and usually work a minimum of 20 hours a week but up to 40-60 hours a week. The companies require you to have strong customer service skills, as well as a land line phone, internet, and a computer which is at your expense.
